3 holidays are celebrated in Ukraine on July 15

Today, Ukraine celebrates 3 holidays at once.

For the fourth time, we celebrate Ukrainian Statehood Day - a holiday that reminds each of us of the thousand-year history of our country and its ancient struggle for independence.

Taras Hryhorovych bequeathed: “We are building Ukraine into a great country of free and prosperous people.” That is why we must value our national and cultural heritage, honor the memory of Ukrainians who fell in the fight for freedom, and be proud of the heroes who courageously defend our Ukraine today.

Today is also the Feast of the Baptism of Kyivan Rus' of Ukraine. In 988, an important historical event took place - Prince Volodymyr baptized Rus', introducing Christianity to our land and initiating the European and cultural development of Ukraine.

Ukrainian Peacekeepers Day is a holiday that honors all military personnel who, as part of peacekeeping missions, protect people and help stop wars in other countries.
