April 13 - Day of the Defense Industrial Complex Worker of Ukraine

Today is the Day of the Defense Industrial Complex Worker of Ukraine, which we celebrate every year, starting in 2023.

On April 13, 2022, the Ukrainian "Neptune" struck and sank the pride of the Russian fleet - the missile cruiser "Moscow", which at the beginning of the full-scale invasion threatened the defenders of Zmiyino.

This was the first combat use of the "Neptune" anti-ship cruise missile, which became truly iconic and historic.

Oh, and the katsaps were furious then. They simply could not believe it.

The defense industry works for the protection and defense of our country. During the years of independence, the defense industry has undergone radical changes. And during the years of war, both independent and joint production of artillery, guns and shells has significantly improved and increased.

New technologies for the production of UAVs, sea and land drones are developing very quickly and successfully.
